As a trading style of Better Health Insurance Advice, Fit 4 Health was launched to drive awareness of private medical insurance (PMI) to a much younger audience. We were approached to create the brand, website and multi-channel online marketing campaign that would fulfill this objective and generate a profitable cost-per-lead.

Working alongside Fit 4 Health, we drew on in-depth customer persona research and industry data to guide the development of a brand and website that would successfully appeal to this largely unexplored demographic. Alongside the design and build of the website, a performance marketing campaign was devised to (i) generate awareness of the product amongst the target market and (ii) appear in search results whenever someone was looking to switch policies. As we began to collect data, targeting was continually optimised and A/B testing was employed to hone performance and ensure KPIs were met.
