Brian Cross CEO

Brian’s mix of agency and publishing experience have given him the chance to work with a wide variety of B2B and consumer brands. Brian’s role at Complete Digital is very much client focussed, consulting on a full range of digital services including inbound marketing, content strategy, paid media, attribution and analytics.

His commercial and business development experience ensure that the output of our work can be measured in more than just clicks and views and that a clear return on investment can be seen for the activity that we deliver.

Khadine Sinclair Project Manager

Khadine is responsible for managing the projects on a day-to-day basis and ensuring the smooth running of tasks across all disciplines. She is the first point of contact for all incoming client requirements.

Khadine has a wealth of experience in project management and has led design and dev teams to produce creative and impactful work across digital and print campaigns globally. She enjoys bringing a brief to life and believes collaboration is the key to success.

Lara Bradley Head of Design

Lara's refined and intuitive designs drive engagement for our clients. Her user-first approach ensures that any digital assets we create drive a positive impact on client objectives. Lara has worked with a wide variety of brands including British Airways, Levis, Disney, T-Mobile and Channel 4 as well as a range of charities and public sector organisations.

Henry Croft Head of Digital Strategy

Working with both start-ups and global brands in highly competitive industries such as travel, finance, technology and fashion, Henry is well versed in what it takes for a website to reach the top of Google. With a background in journalism and creative writing, Henry is a firm believer in the power of quality content.

Ben Toms Lead Front-End Developer

Ben heads up the development team. As well as being a keen developer, he also has a passion for design. With this combination of both technical and creative skills, Ben is able to produce a seamless experience for the user.

Ben has worked with many global brands such as Dr. Martens, Samsung, Tesco and ExxonMobil. His love for code pushes him to learn new web technologies and languages, keeping a fresh and modern take on his work.

Rebecca Thapa Digital Marketing Exec

Rebecca is a digital marketing all-rounder at Complete Digital with 3 years of digital agency experience. She is highly capable in SEO, organic and paid social and outreach strategy.

Rebecca has worked with a wide variety of clients during her time at Complete Digital including Hitachi, Eylure, Elegant Touch, Erna Low and Cafédirect.

Michael Redfearn Digital Designer

Michael uses his wide range of digital design and development skills to solve design and communications problems.

He has many years of experience working with Fintec start-ups to global media brands. He’s passionate about creating engaging user experiences and content.

Michael is also a keen veggie food blogger.

James McDonnell Senior Motion Designer

James is Complete Digital's passionate, in-house Motion Designer. With over 9 years working in tv and advertising, he specialises using movement and narrative to convey a client's brand identity.

Having worked with some of the biggest companies in the industry, he's always striving to find the purest way to communicate each brief. His work speaks for itself.

Melody Pan Digital Designer

Melody is our passionate and diligent junior graphic designer who has a multi-cultural background with a love for art and design.

Working with clients internationally has shaped her into an open-minded and enthusiastic designer with a vision to create meaningful and mindful designs while delivering the best solutions for clients.

Her fondness in learning, art galleries and travelling, has made her previous work vibrant and dominant.

Clarissa is a very talented designer who brings an energetic and imaginative approach to our projects.

She is multifaceted with skills in web design, motion graphics, and illustration.

As a design lead, Clarissa has delivered many successful campaigns on behalf of our B2B and B2C clients.

Nick Miles Digital Marketing Exec

Nick is our passionate digital marketing exec, he discovered his love for digital marketing during his time at college.

Before joining us, Nick had worked on a number of projects -
from Virtual Reality arcades to educational based applications and e-learning platforms.
